What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care in a home setting

• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition

• Provide catheter care and management

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

What You Need

• Active NY RN License

• 1+ year RN experience (home care, med-surg, or similar)

• Strong clinical judgment & independence

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Up-to-date medicals (physical, TB, MMR)
