We are immediately hiring qualified RN/LPN for Union County

Specifically looking for 10:00am to 8:00pm / 7 days a week

Responsibilities may include the following but are not limited to:
  • Traveling to patient's home and providing "Best Practice" nursing care
  • Checking vital signs
  • Documenting in a complete and confidential manner
  • Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to the Director of Clinical Nursing or emergency services
  • Providing personal care and meals
  • More advanced nursing such as chest tubes, IVs, colostomy, urinary catheter management are also available
  • Giving emotional support to client and families in times of crisis
  • G tube feeding
  • Wound care
Requirements:
  • Valid RN/LPN license
  • Annual physical within one year
  • PPD or QuantiFERON within one year or chest x-ray within five years
  • MMR labs
