Available Shifts

- Active New York State HHA certification required
- Minimum of one year of HHA experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation strongly preferred
Candidates must provide the required onboarding health documentation, including:
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON test completed within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years
- MMR documentation, as required by applicable onboarding requirements
