Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem
Location: Ossining, NY & surrounding Westchester areas (including Sleepy Hollow, croton-on-Hudson, and Briarcliff Manor)

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Per diem | Day shifts (6–12 hours)
Pay Frequency: Weekly direct deposit

Affirmed Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem positions in Ossining, NY and nearby Westchester communities. We offer flexible schedules, fast case placement, and reliable support—so you can focus on providing high-quality, one-on-one care.

Job Duties

  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Maintain client safety, dignity, and independence


Requirements

  • Valid New York State HHA Certificate

  • Minimum of 1 year HHA experience

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Driver’s license preferred (drivers strongly encouraged)

NY State Health Requirements:

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years

  • MMR immunization within the past 10 years
