$45/Hour | 1:1 Pediatric Home Care | Days & Overnights Available

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide dedicated 1:1 pediatric nursing care for an infant in East Rutherford, NJ.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is comfortable providing hands-on care to a medically complex pediatric client and enjoys developing meaningful relationships with children and their families.

CASE DETAILS
  • Location: East Rutherford, NJ
  • Pay: $45/hour
  • Patient: Infant
  • Care Setting: 1:1 Pediatric Home Care
  • Clinical Needs: Ventilator, tracheostomy, G-tube, and J-tube care

SCHEDULE
7 Days a Week – Multiple Shifts Available
Day Shift:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overnight Shift:
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
RNs may apply for daytime, overnight, or both shifts, depending on availability.

YOUR ROLE
The RN will provide skilled, compassionate nursing care while working closely with the child's family and Affirmed Home Care's pediatric clinical team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Current New Jersey RN License
  • Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
  • Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care
  • Experience with G-tube and J-tube care
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Reliable, compassionate, and attentive approach to pediatric care
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license preferred

REQUIRED HEALTH & COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION
Candidates must be able to provide:
  • Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
  • PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
  • Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
