Affirmed Home Care, New York’s premier concierge home care agency, is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aides to provide quality, personalized care to clients in their homes throughout Suffolk County.

We have multiple cases available and are actively hiring! With a variety of shift lengths, weekday and weekend opportunities, and cases in several local communities, you can find an opportunity that works for you.

  • Kings Park
  • And additional towns throughout Suffolk County!


Flexible Shifts Available

Choose from a variety of opportunities based on your availability:

  • 6-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Weekday and weekend schedules

HHA Qualifications

Applicants must have:

  • At least 1 year of HHA experience
  • A valid New York State HHA Certificate
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • A physical exam completed within the past year
  • PPD or QuantiFERON testing within the past year, or a chest X-ray within the past 5 years
  • MMR immunization documentation within the past 10 years
